Refunds: Please be mindful when selecting personal care and intimate products, as all sales of these items are final. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on sanitary products (such as menstrual cups and discs, pads, period underwear, and sterilizers). Additionally, we do not permit returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as purchasing errors, changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with design features. Ensuring the well-being of our customers is paramount, thus returns will not be accepted even if the product is unused or remains in its original packaging.
Malfunctioning products: If the item you have received exhibits a manufacturing fault or defect, you qualify for a replacement (or a refund if a similar product is unavailable). However, all replacements must be pre-approved before returning the merchandise. To initiate this process, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your goods by emailing info@periodwisdomboutique.com.au, attaching a photo showing the manufacturing fault along with your order number. Upon approval, you may be requested to return the faulty product to us or the original manufacturer, or provide photographic evidence of its destruction. Should a replacement not be accessible, you'll be presented with another product of equal or greater value, or you may opt for a refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the exchange to be completed upon receipt of the returned item.
